Continental United States (48 States

- $5.95 on orders under $50.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $50+.
- Delivery time: 7-12 business days

We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories including:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands

- American Samo
- Northern Mariana Islands
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
- Processing Time: 1 business day
- Order Cutoff: All orders are sent to processing at 11:00 PM EST daily
- Processing Days: Monday through Friday (Monday processing occurs if it's not a federal holiday)
- Weekend & Holiday Processing: Saturday and Sunday processing depends on carrier availability
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping
- Canada: 2-5 business days after processing
- Continental U.S.: 2-5 business days after processing
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 7-12 business days after processing
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekend and holiday processing may occur depending on carrier schedules but is not guaranteed.

PO Box Delivery

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
- Available: Yes, via USPS
- Delivery time: Similar to U.S. territories (7-12 business days)
- Same rates apply: Free shipping over $50, $5.95 under $75
Order Tracking
- Tracking provided: Yes, automatically sent via email
- When sent: Once your order ships from our fulfillment center
- Tracking updates: Real-time updates available through carrier websites
Multiple Fulfillment Centers
Your order may ship from one of our multiple fulfillment locations to ensure fastest delivery to your area. All locations follow the same processing and shipping standards outlined in this policy.
Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items
Lost Packages
- Responsibility: Handled directly by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Resolution: Contact the carrier using your tracking number for investigation
- Our Support: We're happy to assist you in contacting the carrier if needed
Damaged Items & Print Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our Jiu Jitsu apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
What We Cover:
- Physical damage during shipping
- Poor print quality or defects
- Wrong item shipped
- Misprinted designs or text
Our Resolution Process:
- No Return Required: You do not need to ship items back for quality or print defects
- Photo Evidence: Simply contact us with clear photos showing the issue
- Time Frame: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Resolution Options: We will provide either a free replacement or full refund for genuinely defective items
- Quick Response: Most quality claims are resolved within 24-48 hours of photo submission
How to Submit a Claim:
- Take clear photos of the defective item(s)
- Include photos of any packaging damage if applicable
- Contact us via email with your order number and photos
- We'll review and approve legitimate claims promptly
Shipping Address Issues
Refused Shipments or Invalid Addresses
- Customer Responsibility: If you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect shipping address that results in package return, you are responsible for re-shipment costs

- Receive store credit for order value minus original shipping costs

- No Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight, etc.)

- Weather Delays: Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our control
- Peak Season: During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended
